Where is my nameserver account?

NAMESERVER – this is wherever your DNS records live, likely either with your domain hosting account or Cloudflare.

How do I add a user to my Mailchimp account?

1. Login to your Mailchimp account
2. Click your profile icon (top right)
3. Click Account & billing
4. Click the Settings dropdown,
       then click Users
5. Click Invite A User:
   Enter the email address of the person you want to grant access to: support@potionwebstudio.com
   then choose an option in the User type section: select “Admin“
6. Click Send Invite

That sends an email invitation to the recipient.

The user can be removed after the Domain Authentication process – we will let you know when it has been completed.

How do I securely share login details?

1. Go to https://1ty.me/
2. Add your details in a note. Include the following:
   • Website address where you login to your nameserver account
   • Username
   • Password
3. Click “Generate Link” (big green button)
4. Click “Copy Link” (orange button)
5. Email the link to support@potionwebstudio.com
